espectrometr\u00eda de masas con aceleradores (AMS).<\/p><p>Su funci\u00f3n es simple de entender:\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">separar lo que queremos medir de lo que no.<\/strong><\/p><p>Cuando se generan los iones, no vienen \u201climpios\u201d: hay una mezcla de is\u00f3topos, mol\u00e9culas y posibles interferencias.<\/p><p>El inyector utiliza un <strong>campo magn\u00e9tico<\/strong> para separar esas part\u00edculas:<\/p><ul><li>Cada tipo de ion sigue una trayectoria distinta.<\/li><li>Los que nos interesan se seleccionan.<\/li><li>Las interferencias se eliminan o se desv\u00edan.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br \/>C\u00f3mo entenderlo de forma intuitiva<\/strong><\/p><p>Puedes imaginar el inyector como:\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">un prisma para part\u00edculas.<\/strong><\/p><p>Igual que un prisma separa la luz en colores, el inyector separa los iones seg\u00fan su masa.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Is\u00f3topo deseado<\/strong> \u2192 sigue la
