el sistema AMS de 1\u202fMV del CNA. Muchos de los radionucleidos involucrados en procesos estelares \u2014especialmente aquellos de masa elevada o vida larga\u2014 solo pueden detectarse mediante AMS con alta resoluci\u00f3n. El nuevo inyector:<\/p><ul><li>Mejora la separaci\u00f3n entre radionucleidos con masas muy pr\u00f3ximas.<\/li><li>Permite la detecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa de is\u00f3topos producidos en supernovas o procesos s\u2011 y r\u2011.<\/li><li>Aumenta la sensibilidad para trazas que antes quedaban en el l\u00edmite del fondo instrumental.<\/li><\/ul><p>Gracias a la mayor definici\u00f3n en la l\u00ednea de baja energ\u00eda, el CNA ampl\u00eda su capacidad para participar en estudios de <strong>nucleos\u00edntesis estelar<\/strong>, evoluci\u00f3n gal\u00e1ctica y ciclos de formaci\u00f3n de elementos pesados, reforzando su papel dentro de la ICTS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9164414 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9164414\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" id=\"geociencia\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-654d764 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"654d764\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f14164b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f14164b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Geociencias<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4e2783 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d4e2783\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La geocronolog\u00eda cosmog\u00e9nica es una de las aplicaciones m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticas de la AMS: permite datar superficies terrestres, estimar tasas de erosi\u00f3n, reconstruir paleoclimas y comprender din\u00e1micas geol\u00f3gicas. La modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema:<\/p><ul><li>Reduce los l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n en is\u00f3topos cosmog\u00e9nicos como \u00b9\u00b2\u2079I o los act\u00ednidos.<\/li><li>Aumenta la precisi\u00f3n en mediciones ultratraza, esenciales para modelos de exposici\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Facilita estudios de procesos muy lentos o se\u00f1ales muy d\u00e9biles en minerales y sedimentos.<\/li><\/ul><p>La mejora instrumental permitir\u00e1 abordar estudios que antes estaban fuera del alcance del AMS del CNA, manteniendo la competitividad frente a otros laboratorios internacionales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-016ec61 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"016ec61\" vida larga<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf64b6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf64b6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los radionucleidos de vida larga \u2014como \u00b9\u00b2\u2079I, \u00b2\u00b3\u2076U, act\u00ednidos, is\u00f3topos de origen cosmog\u00e9nico o estelar\u2014 requieren una separaci\u00f3n extremadamente fina para evitar solapamientos con is\u00f3topos estables y mol\u00e9culas interferentes.<\/p><p>El nuevo inyector de 120\u00b0:<\/p><ul><li>Incrementa la resoluci\u00f3n en masas desde ~680 hasta ~1027\u202fmm\/(\u0394M\/M) estimados.<\/li><li>Permite diferenciar mejor radionucleidos casi solapados (p. ej., \u00b9\u00b2\u2079I\/\u00b9\u00b2\u2077I o \u00b2\u00b3\u2079Pu\/\u00b2\u00b3\u2078UO).<\/li><li>Reduce dr\u00e1sticamente la fracci\u00f3n de iones no deseados inyectados al acelerador.<\/li><\/ul><p>Esto se traduce en <strong>l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s bajos<\/strong> y en la posibilidad de estudiar is\u00f3topos que antes quedaban fuera del rango operativo del AMS del CNA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23ddb99 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"23ddb99\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" id=\"residuos\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a061ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El CNA ya colabora con ENRESA en la caracterizaci\u00f3n avanzada de residuos radiactivos (convenio ESMARRT 2025\u20132029).
