HARVEST is structured around six key areas, ensuring effective management, training, implementation, and long-term sustainability. 

  1. Strong Foundations: Management & Coordination 
    Overseeing project activities, reporting, and strategic planning to ensure smooth implementation and lasting impact. 

  2. Building Knowledge: Training Framework & Micro-Courses 
    Developing a structured framework by analysing knowledge gaps, sustainable agriculture trends, and innovative teaching methods. 

  3. Empowering Educators: Capacity Building & Curriculum Innovation 
    Designing micro-courses and training programs for university staff, integrating modern teaching techniques and cross-disciplinary approaches. 

  4. Learning by Doing: Piloting & Innovation Hubs 
    Testing and refining courses while establishing Innovation Hubs in Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam to provide hands-on learning. 

  5. Raising the Bar: Evaluation & Quality Assurance 
    A Quality Committee ensures continuous assessment, alignment with education standards, and long-term relevance. 

  6. Spreading the Impact: Outreach & Sustainability 
    Driving awareness, stakeholder engagement, and policy recommendations, with a Green Strategy and Sustainability Awareness Days to extend impact beyond the project.
