Adriano Moro, Ph.D.
Ph.D. in Education from the State University of Campinas, Brazil, complemented by a Ph.D. exchange program at Harvard University, specifically within the Graduate School of Education. Holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Brazil. Currently serves as a researcher in the Department of Educational Research (DPE/FCC) at the Carlos Chagas Foundation. Additionally, engages in post-graduate teaching, offering the course “Interpersonal Relationships at School: From Socio-emotional Skills to Ethical Personality” at the Vera Cruz Institute. Active as a researcher within the Moral Education Studies and Research Group (Gepem) at both the São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (Unesp) and the State University of Campinas (Unicamp); also contributes to the Study Group “Ethics, Diversity, and Democracy in Public Schools” (Geddep) at the Institute of Advanced Studies (IdEA) at Unicamp. Further involvement includes participation in the Morality Study Group (Morality Working Group) at the National Association for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology (Anpepp). The focal points of his research encompass the assessment of school climate, education in socio-moral values, and the evaluation of school coexistence.
