About Joaquín A. Mora-Merchán

Mora-Merchán is a Full Professor at the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology in the Universidad de Sevilla (Spain). His research career has focused on the analysis of school violence, particularly bullying and cyberbullying, considering the role of all members of the educational community and public institutions. The result of this research work throughout his career is his extensive scientific output, published in internationally renowned journals and publishers. He is the author of numerous scientific articles, books, book chapters and scientific/technical reports. He has also participated as a speaker at various national and international conferences in the field of education and psychology. At present, he is actively involved as principal investigator and consultant in different regional, national and international research projects related to these problems of peer violence and, recently, also with sexting and cyberhate.
