Verónica López, Ph.D.
Dr. Verónica López is Psychologist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Ph.D in Psychology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain. She is currently full professor at the School of Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile, where she is Director of the Center for Research in Inclusive Education (Centro de Investigación para la Educación Inclusiva) and of the Program for Supporting School Climate (Programa de Apoyo a la Convivencia Escolar PACES-PUCV). Former editor of the peer-reviewed journal Psicoperspectivas, and former director of the Ph.D in Psychology at PUCV, her research interests are school violence in its multiple forms, school climate and convivencia escolar, and inclusion in education. She is a member of the Latin American Network on Convivencia Escolar (Red Latinoamericana de Convivencia Escolar), and has published more than 60 articles on these related topics.
