Graduated in RIGHT; Specialist in LABOUR LAW and Master in INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS by the State University of Paraíba. She is currently the International Relations Coordinator of the UEPB; lawyer; Full Professor of the Law Course of the State University of Paraíba of the disciplines of Private International Law and Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution; Guest professor of the ESMA / PB High School of Magistracy. Academic Coordinator of Specializations in Judicial Practice and Consensual Media for Conflict Resolution (UEPB / ESMA-PB). Reviewer of the Journal of Legal Studies of the UNESP (State University Paulista) and Collaborator of the National Academy of Transnational Studies (ANET). Member of the Editorial and Scientific Board of the Magazine: Law, Politics and Development – Magazine of the Superior School of the Magistracy ESMA / PB. Member of the OAB Legal Education Commission / PB.

CHRISTIANO CORDEIRO SOARES



Master in Sciences and Mathematics Education by the State University of Paraíba. He holds a degree in Law from the State University of Paraíba and a degree in Computing from the State University of Paraíba. Specialist in the Teaching of Arts Methodology by UNINTER and specialist in Secretarial and Executive Advisory by UNINTER. Executive Secretary of the State University of Paraíba – Advisor to the Cabinet of the Rectory. Researcher in the areas of: Human Rights, International Cooperation and Inclusive Education. Member of the international project: Inclusive universities: key competences of the university community for the development of active citizenship – SOLIDARIS (2017-2020) subsidized by the European Commission within the framework of the Erasmus + program. He is currently Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR) of the State University of Paraiba in the European Union.

EDUARDO GOMES ONOFRE


Doctor in Sociology – University of Strasbourg (France). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Psychology Training from the Paraiba Institute of Education and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from the Federal University of Paraíba. He is currently a professor at the State University of Paraíba (UEPB) acting both in the graduation and in the Postgraduate (permanent teacher of the Master of Science Teaching and Mathematics Education). Leader of the Group of Studies and Research in Special Education in the Inclusive Perspective – GEPEEPI. Coordinator of the Special Education Center of the UEPB. Editor of the Inclusive Education Magazine – REIN. Member of the Scientific Council of the magazine “Inclusiones” – Chile and of the Pasajes Magazine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. In the case of education and social inclusion of people with disabilities, has experience in the area of Education and Sociology, with emphasis on Inclusive Education and Social Inclusion of people with disabilities.

GILBERTO RODRÍGUEZ CARNEIRO


Gilberto has a Master in Public Administration from the Federal University of Campina Grande – UFCG (2018). He has a specialisation in Administrative Law from the Anhanguera University – Uniderp. He has a Degree in Law (2016) as well as a Degree in Social Communication (2011), both from the UEPB. As a lawyer, he has experience in Public Law, with emphasis in Administrative Law. As a Communicator, he has experience in digital media and social platforms. He is a researcher in subjects related to municipal public administration and inclusion. He is also member of the Research, Teaching and Extension in Human Rights of the UFCG – GRUPEDIH. He is Public Servant in the Coordination of International Relations of UEPB.

CLÁUDIO SIMÃO DE LUCENA NETO

Claudio Lucena is currently Head of the International Office, Professor and former Dean of the Law School of the State University of Paraíba, UEPB, in Brazil, and researcher at the Portuguese Government Agency Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, affiliated to the Research Center for the Future of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He is also a research associate in the CyberBRICS Project, coordinated by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation Law School, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

His research interests currently relate to law enforcement automation measures, algorithmic regulation, accountability and governance and digital inclusion.
