RL5. Optimization and mathematical programming

Group Leader: Justo Puerto

Description:

The challenges of RL5 are to obtain new optimality conditions, structural properties of solution sets and efficient algorithms to get new methodologies in optimization problem solving. This includes among other global, derivative free, combinatorial and mixed integer convex and non-convex optimization models.
We also work on smallest representation of network structures endowed with communication as well as hierarchical features, analysis of cooperative games on structures like fuzzy graphs, authorization structures or a priori incompatibilities and syncronization in routing problems with drones, among
other subjects.
