The qMIPS quantum processor simulator

The qMIPS project is a simulator of a MIPS architecture processor with a functional unit that executes some quantum computing instructions, so the qMIPS architecture is an universal quantum computer.

It is not a code interpreter, the architecture is simulated at clock cycle level so every relevant component of the processor can be monitored.
