John Siraj-Blatchford is an honorary Professor at the University of Plymouth Institute of Education and a visiting scholar at the National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. He also works as an independent educational researcher and consultant, and is the Research and Development Director of “The Land of Me”. He was previously employed at Cambridge University Faculty of Education and served as an Associate Director of the ESRC Teaching and Learning Research Programme. His books include A Curriculum Development Guide to ICT in Early Childhood Education (Trentham Books 2,006), Supporting Information and Communications Technology in the Early Years (Open University Press, 2003), Developing New Technologies for Young Children (Trentham Books, 2004), and Supporting Science, Design and Technology in the Early Years, published by Open University Press in 1999. He has also written extensively on the subject of Education for Sustainable Development in the early years, (OMEP, 2010).
Professor at the University of Malaga (Spain), PhD on Child’s vision of reality-fiction and how technology can influence their perception of the world.
He has participated in the innovation project on the model of initial training of teachers in early childhood education for the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). As coordinator for more than eight years of internships and the network of primary schools, where ePortfolios was born, based on multimedia evidence, and has researched the reflections in the portfolios of primary education students in practice for over 5+ years.
Director of the research group for the Government of Andalusia (SEJ-462): Globalization, Technology, Education and Learning (Gtea) (https://gtea.uma.es). From where he has coordinated various projects on Early Childhood Education of which the following stand out: coordinator for the Grimm Project which has been tested since 1994 up to present day with the introduction of ICT in early childhood centers in Spain.
He currently directs two projects:

*eTablet Project born in 2012 in conjunction with Stockholm University (Sweden) and Casa Grande University (Ecuador) to experiment with the introduction of the Tablet in Children’s classrooms (https://goo.gl/vQl9Ui) and where he is currently working on “video annotations and good practices” to create a database of good practices for initial and ongoing training with the use of ICT in Early Childhood Education (https://goo.gl/cLJnaw).
Ana Hortensia Roga Rojas
Chilean nursery education professional, who has focused her work to study and guide the use of ICT in education. She has participated in various national and Latin American initiatives for the incorporation of these resources in different pedagogical contexts. In 2001, she generated a model for the integration of ICT in early childhood education, meeting the requirements of the current curriculum framework and the demands of the Chilean national context.
