Registration will be open from Tuesday, 8th December to Friday, 9th January for both attending and presenting. The registration will be done through EV Blackboard, a task will be open in "Contenido". We have included three different registration options for attendance, flash talk or long talk (if you register for a talk you don't need to register also for attendance).
To help you organise yourself better for the coming weeks, we have agreed on the following dates for the doctoral day:
Attendance/Oral/Flash Talks Deadline: 9th January
Program announcement and distribution Oral/Flash Talks: 16th January
Oral/Flash Talks submission deadline: 26th January
Winter Doctoral Day: 6th February
Please note that due to the time restrictions we can only host 11 long talks and 6 flash talks on the Doctoral Day. For this reason, long and flash talks will be allocated in order of registration, and senior students will have priority for the long talks.
