> Evaluation criteria
To obtain a favorable evaluation of the doctoral student in each academic year it will be necessary:
- Accredit a minimum of 8 training activities in the DAD.
- Establish a Research Plan endorsed by the tutor and director(s) that has the approval of the Research Ethics Committee, in research projects with human subjects, experimental animals or GMOs. This report must be presented in the corresponding section within the Research Plan.
- Present a favorable evaluation of the DAD and the PI by the tutor and the director(s).
Thus, the result of the evaluation may be:
- POSITIVE EVALUATION: overcoming the joint PI/DAD evaluation presented by the doctoral student.
- NEGATIVE EVALUATION:
- Failure to pass the joint PI/DAD evaluation presented by the doctoral student.
- Non-presentation by the doctoral student of documentation for joint PI/DAD evaluation. It only applies to students who are not on temporary leave or sick leave.
- NOT EVALUATED:
- In those cases in which the student is on temporary leave or sick leave and the evaluation does not proceed,
- Students who have accessed the program in the second phase of admission and
- Students who, having requested the report of the research ethics committee, have not received it on the date prior to the evaluation, the evaluation being suspended until the report of the aforementioned committee is received (article 60.5 of NEDUS).
A double negative evaluation in the same academic year will cause the student to be withdrawn from the Program.
