> What requirements are necessary to deposit the thesis?
To proceed with the presentation of the doctoral thesis, the student must be enrolled as academic tutoring, having obtained positive evaluation in the annual monitoring of the Research plan and in the doctoral student's activities document at the call immediately prior to the date of the presentation (HAVING ACCREDITED A MINIMUM OF 20 ACTIVITIES), be within the deadlines established in the permanence regime that applies, and be up to date current of the payment of public prices for academic supervision of the doctoral thesis.
To obtain the necessary approval from the Academic Commission of the program, you must provide the following documentation by e-mail to
General documentation
- T03 - Presentation of doctoral thesis.
- Copy of thesis in PDF, via e-mail or through the link, https:/ /consigna.us.es/, indicating file name and password.
- Doctoral students must complete the following mandatory table, detailing their scientific contributions related to the thesis by accessing the following link: Model of scientific production related to the doctoral thesis.
- T17 - Declaration signed by the doctoral student in which he/she states that he/she is presenting an original research work and in which he/she ensures, under his/her entire responsibility, that did not commit academic fraud or deviations in the conduct of research.
- T18 - Report from the director of the doctoral thesis regarding compliance by the doctoral student with his/her duty to avoid academic fraud and deviations in the exercise of the investigation.
Specific documentation for presentation of thesis by compendium (art.63 of the regulations):
- T03B. Presentation of thesis by compendium of publications
- Copy of publications (minimum 3)
- Report from the director on the contribution of the co-authors to the work carried out (art.63 of the regulations), if applicable.
- Written acceptance of co-authors and resignation of non-doctoral authors.
Specific documentation with international mention (art. 68 of the regulations;):
- T04 application for international mention in the doctoral degree;
- Certificate of international stay.
- T04B Report for the “International Doctorate” Mention for the Doctorate Degree
- CV of the experts
