The next edition of the Doctoral Day will be held on June 3. Venue: Classroom number 7, Physics Building (Reina Mercedes Campus).
The format of the Doctoral Day will be similar to that of the last editions: the meeting will start at 9am, this time we have Prof. Giulio Pellegrini from Instituto de Microelectrónica de Barcelona (IMB-CNM) as keynote speaker. Afterwards, PhD students will contribute to the Doctoral Day giving presentations (15') and flash talks (3').
In order to apply for giving a talk, you must submit the abstract from 16 May to 23 May to prados@us.es (not before, nor after). Abstracts should be only-text. without any figures. For long talks, abstracts should have 200 words at most, and 75 words for flash talks. You can also apply for attending without giving a talk, in the same time period. In principle, we do not expect restrictions stemming from the capacity of the classroom for this edition of the Doctoral Day, but registration is compulsory.
The definitive programme of the Doctoral Day, including its timetable, will be published by 27 May.
